Founder and CEO of Primer's Yeast UG, who brings a wealth of experience in bio-archaeological research to the commercial market. With a strong passion for brewing and fermentation, our CEO has been involved in the industry since two decades, working as an apprentice for various breweries across Europe before and after taking part at the Diplom Braumeister track at the VLB faculty of food science at Technical University of Berlin.

Our CEO's professional journey has been a colorful one, including founding and operating Herzl Beer Ltd. and later Other Woman brewing co. , where he achieved various accomplishments, including gold and silver medals from the GACBB competition in Berlin, 2015, and a collaboration with the Jewish Museum of Munich in the framework of an exhibition marking the five-century anniversary of the German Rheinheitsgebot (Bavarian purity law), 2016.

He has collaborated with Dr. Ronen Hazan's and Dr. Michael Klutstein's labs at the Dentistry Faculty of the Hebrew University in Ein Karem, Jerusalem and their teams from day one, conducting a small-scale project to identify GASP (Growth Advantage in Stationary Phase) in yeast cells, , later on to work with the Israeli Archeological Authority in order to expand into this groundbreaking project.
